'Bharat Ke Rang' is a photography contest, an initiative of the Shanker Art Foundation, it is organized every year in 6 parts. The exhibition of selected photographs of participants of all six contestants is put at the end of the year.

Subject 'Festivals of India' include Fairs and Festivals of Arts, Cultural, Dance, Film, Garden, Harvest, Literary, Music, Religious, Sports and Theatre festivals of India.
The contest is organized into 4 categories i.e. Students, Women, Working People & Senior Citizen and judged by a jury comprising professionals photographers.
The members of the jury changes every year and is led by a chair person and supported by two photographers who implement the judging procedures. The jury, chair person and photographers are independent of the Shanker Art Foundation. The staff, board and partners of the Shanker Art Foundation cannot direct the jury’s decisions.

Ravindra Kumar Tanwar was born in 1970 in New Delhi. He has completed his B.F.A. (Applied Art) Jamia Millia Islamia, University, New Delhi with First Division(1989-93) and One month Certificate course in "Multemedia" from ISCT, Safdarjung Enclave, 1997. He has participated in several exhibitions. He has received award by C.M. Smt. Sheila Dixit at Picture Perfect Delhi - 2012, Delhi Award for Best Teacher by Commissioner of Police, 2011; "KALAM AWARD" in Kalam Festival-93'
Director-Creative Art Institute, Ludhiana
Amita, born 1972 at Rourkela- Orissa, is now based in Ludhiana- Punjab. She studied Fine Arts from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad- West Bengal. She is also trained in Bharatanatyam Amita had an adequate exposure to Art since childhood which enriched her thought process naturally, as those practices were part of daily life.
She is running Creative Arts Institute (an art school) in Ludhiana, Punjab to promote various art forms (fine arts, vocal classical, Bharatanatyam, Western dance & guitar).
Neeraj Sharma, born 1969, New Delhi is presently based in Gurgaon (Haryana). He is a focused, result oriented and progressive professional photographer who has been working actively in Art / Media Industry for more than a decade and half now. After having received the Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts (Graphics as area of specialization) from College of Arts, Chandigarh and Diploma in Video & Lighting Techniques from Asian Academy of Films and Television.
